AI Automation Asia provides AI automation consulting, workflow automation, chatbot development, and related technology services to businesses across Asia-Pacific. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project implementation. Clients must ensure they have appropriate rights and permissions for any data or systems we work with.
Custom automation solutions developed specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property remain our property. Clients grant us permission to use project work as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Late payments may result in project suspension and interest charges of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.
AI Automation Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, under the rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center.
